These terms govern your use of onepointdiagnostic.com and the diagnostic services of One Point Diagnostic Private Limited ("we", "us"). By booking a test or using this website you accept these terms.

Our services

• We provide diagnostic testing (pathology, ultrasound, X-Ray, ECG) on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner or on direct request where permitted.
• Test reports are professional diagnostic opinions based on the sample provided. They are not medical advice — always consult your doctor for interpretation and treatment decisions.
• Turnaround times shown on this website are typical estimates and can vary with sample condition, repeat testing requirements and workload.

Bookings & prices

• Bookings made through this website are confirmed only when our team contacts you.
• Prices shown are current package rates and may be revised; the price confirmed at booking applies.
• Payment is collected at the centre or at the time of home collection.

Samples & reports

• Accurate reporting depends on correct patient preparation (e.g. fasting) — please follow the instructions shared at booking.
• If the laboratory identifies a sample issue, the test is repeated at no extra charge with a fresh sample; repeat testing requested without clinical grounds may be chargeable.
• Reports are delivered digitally and can be collected in person; reports remain confidential per our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations & refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge any time before the sample is collected — just call or WhatsApp us.
• Once a sample has been collected or a scan performed, the service is considered rendered and charges apply.
• If we are unable to perform a booked test for any reason on our side, any amount already paid for that test is refunded in full.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a diagnostic service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Content on this website is for general information about our services and may be updated at any time. You may not scrape, copy or reuse content, branding or data from this site without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
